At Centre Visuel St-Michel, we are convinced of the quality of our products and services.  This is why we offer a guarantee of 2 years.

Frames:
We guarantee our frames against manufacturing defects and malfunctions.
· Children: 100% for 2 years
· Adults:   100% for the 1st year and 50% for the second year

The guarantee consists of replacing the faulty frame with an identical one.  If the frame is no longer available, we will replace it with a frame of the same value.

Ophthalmic lenses and treatments:
· We guarantee our lenses against manufacturing defect for a period of one year (normal use).
· We guarantee our treatments on our organic lenses for a period of one year.

Adaptation:
If you have difficulty in adapting to your new ophthalmic or contact lenses within 60 days of your purchase, we will re-evaluate your eye condition and replace the lenses if required.
